Company History

Monte J. Hewett became an Atlanta new home builder in 1988, after acquiring an industry background and training in Colorado and Texas. Over the course of two decades, he has developed a reputation for excellence in building both homes and relationships.

People have noticed. Monte was named the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of The Year in Real Estate and Construction for the Southeast in 2006. In 2005, his company was named EarthCraft Builder of the Year. The list continues with J.D. Powers Customer Service awards and recognition from the Greater Atlanta Association of Home Builders, among others.

Monte's experience includes building custom and semi-custom homes in a variety of price ranges throughout metro Atlanta. Homes are EarthCraft and ENERGY STAR certified, saving homeowners 30 to 45 percent on their energy bills. Designer trim, expert craftsmanship and many other "extras" are his trademarks.
