Location. We will build on your existing home site, or we'll help you find one in the place you want to be.
Service. We provide personal customer service before, during and after you move into your home. We will guide you through the process, from making your first decision to move-in and beyond. Monte Hewett, president of Hewett Custom Builders will also be available to ensure your expectations are not just met, but are surpassed.
Home design. Because we're an extension of Monte Hewett Homes, we have a storehouse of home plans for you to review as you design the perfect home for your family. We can put you in touch with architects who can customize one of our existing plans or create a new one just for you. And if you already have the plan for your dream home, we'll be glad to build it for you.
Quality Craftsmanship. Superior Construction Management. We have more than 20 years of experience, so we know how to manage the construction process. We finish on time and on budget without sacrificing any quality. Our homes are not only certified to meet EarthCraft and ENERGY STAR, but the inspectors are often amazed by how much our construction surpasses the basic requirements. We build well, and our homes are well built.
Industry relationships. Our experience in home building gives you access to our many partners. From designing your home to creating a custom landscaping plan, they can assist you with the same quality and service they've provided for us over the years. Our relationships help when we calculate the cost of your home, too. We buy in volume, so we're able to negotiate with our suppliers and pass those savings along to you.
